A sane person would get in the car and drive a million miles away. I felt that there was no way for me to feel ok. Unsettled comes close but doesnвЂ™t do it justice. I just couldnвЂ™t shake it though and I struggle to put it into words. I thought that maybe I just needed my morning meds a little earlier and set about going through my morning routine. I woke up at about 5am and I felt uncomfortable as fuck. This morning I had the strangest experience and now it seems to be reoccurring.

Most of the people I know have had some strange experiences that cannot easily be accounted for. I kick around with some pretty open minded and experienced people and we tend to have a fairly broad minded approach to spirituality. Basically vindicating everything I have been saying for 2 years, something is wrong! Lately I spend most of my time in bed with movies or live concert footage, I watched Lynard Skynyrd at knebworth last night. I need my tools, I need to make music, it is how I cope, it is what I get out of bed for. I would eat good food, if I had a place to prepare it. I am living on fast food, the kitchen here is perilous and the ovens donвЂ™t work properly anyway. All I want is a place to be, a kitchen to cook food in.
